Thank you Mr President and Gen McMaster for sharing your thoughts. It's great to listen to you talk about how you see things. Mr President, you are right, good governance is the key. It's always good to start with human needs. Understanding human needs and what really matters most in life, freedom, happiness, satisfaction, health and wellbeing and easy access to essential services. The world will become a better place, if any government, anywhere focuses on enabling easy access to essential services: Health services, a quality home, food, water, transport, health, education, communication and tools that relate to work, study, creativity, personal interests and individual pursuits like hobbies..., the building blocks of a good life. It doesn't matter where a person lives, USA, China, Rwanda, England, France, DR Congo, Somalia, Kazakhstan, Colombia, ...every person deserves to live a life of dignity. A happy and good life. When the life of a person, anywhere, improves, the world becomes a better a place. That's what the USA or any country in Africa can offer the world: improving the lives of people who live there. In international cooperation, things will be much better if people learn to be happy when things are going well for people living in other countries. When countries learn to cooperate and assist each other in focusing on the delivery of essential services.

We could have stepped into the Rwandan Genocide back in Clinton’s Day ! Well throw borrowed money at the area but it will be lip service ? European problems- they were the Colonial Countries ! Tribalism in Africa will prevail and I don’t think America should be a lifeline ! Why did Clinton do nothing ? 🤔

No offense to Americans, but America had it chance in Africa. America could have rebuilt and helped Africa, America could have "invested" in Africa — like what America did for Europe after World War II; but instead America only spread death, destruction and misery in Africa. Remember back in the late 1900s when America was actively engaged and involved in Africa? When America was in Africa, Africa constantly had civil wars, ethnic cleansing, and all kinds of instability and violence, much of them could be attributed to America's destructive interventions (and arm trades.) Remember how Africa was back in the late1900s when America was engaged there? Or are Americans going to deny it? After the 9/11 terrorist attack, America left Africa to refocus its resources on the Middle East. That was when Africa finally got its big break — FROM AMERICA. Since then, many African countries have been developing and prospering. Turned out what Africa needed was a break from America, because America was the root of the problem that had been bringing spreading death and destruction to all over Africa. IMO, it's also what South and Central America needed: a break from US interventions that have brought only death, destruction, instability and misery. But let's continue to intervene in Central and South America, destabilize the region, and then blame their people for fleeing their countries to America. Also, if America really cared about "democracy" and "freedom" and "human rights", then why has never America said or done anything about Saudi Arabia, UAE or any of its "allies" in the Middle East, some of the worst on democracy, freedom or human rights? Seems very selective, disingenuous, inconsistent and hypocritical. Seriously I wish more people will throw that back at America if America ever mentions "democracy" and "freedom" and "human rights" again. Anyway, if history serves as a lesson: if and when America returns to and "re-engages" in Africa as an effort to counter China, it will only bring Africa back to the 1990s situation: non-stop civil wars, ethnic cleansing, death, destruction, instability, misery and violence. Which will be BAD NEWS for Africa. America has NEVER really "helped" any black or brown country, and I doubt it will begun anytime soon. Sure, China's "help" has a price tag, but at least China does not bring death, destruction and misery into Africa.

If it is true that this President is still alive,my friendly message to him is to set Rwandan people free. STOP PLEASING THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW YOU BY KILLING OND OPPRESSING US. WE ARE ALSO HUMAN BEINGS WHO NEED FREEDOM.OPEN THE PRISONS AND TORTURING HOUSES AND LET INNOCENT PEOPLE GO BACK IN THEIR FAMILIES.ACCEPT DISCUSSION WITH WHO HAVE DIFFERENT IDEAS BSE THAT IS WHAT MAKES DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN FREEDOM. PLSE LET THE BLOOD OF KIZITO BE THE LAST TO BE SHED AND THAT IT MAY UNITE US AND WAY AWAY THE POLITICAL SINS IN RWANDA AND TAKE US BACK TO GOD. WE WANT TO HEAR YOU IN RWANDA CONSOLLING STURVING RWANGANS,GIVING A DUE SHELTER TO THOSE OF BANYAHE RATHER THAN JUST PUTTING ALL YOUR ENERGY TO CONVINCE OTHERS AND YET WE ARE THE ONES PAYING YOU.

America or Western capitalism is not good for Africa.. Socialism with African characteristic is the way. Our governments has been dealing with the west for years on a zero sum game. Fooling with us forever. No respect, total exploitation. Very difficult to deal with people that have no respect and always seek to humiliate and ridicule. Even when we are trying to deal with others, selling our commodities to build our Infrastructures you query and pour scorn on on it. I am not seeing you people as people of good will. The only thing African people gain from the west is Visa"s to toil in your countries,

I really don't understand why Africans feel entitled to free vaccines from the West. We have all the resources (oil, minerals, agriculture, young population etc.) but we don't invest in education and R&D. Most African countries like Ethiopia, Uganda or Eritrea are involved in an armsrace, shopping Russian fighter jets or Israeli drones and killing their own people; instead of silencing the guns and focusing on human development.

African media where are you?
