This is the reason why other natiins think Africa is a country rather than a continent. i dont really know if you think mentioning Kenya in your captions will bring some form of reprimand or shame on Kenya but u still need to be honest and be truthful in your captions. Wherever you conduct these interviews, you need to use that country's name not the whole continent of Africa. This will make your stories more credible and people who wants to help these people will be energized to help. Plus she is a Kenyan and i dont think all Kenyans live like that.
