She started experiencing it as an adult. Her mother and sister suffered from it and other members of her family. She wanted to do stem cell treatment, which it was not clear as it is in the early stages of determining if it actually works. She mentioned that gluten makes it worst, so she stayed away from it,. I don't know exactly if that's what these individuals are troubled with, but it does seem similar.
