I heard stories about black magic growing up and always laughed it off as a joke and superstition (as I was raised in the West too). No, these ancient practices of witchcraft, Indian black magic, voodoo etc., are real and powerful and can be used for great good as well as for evil purposes and they exist. You need to protect yourself which we didn't do initially. We just coasted through life as a happy young couple and tried to do the best we can, not understanding what on earth was going on until we were told by some benevolent practitioners. Only after seeking spiritual protection and putting in objects of protection around us, and seeking Divine intervention from God, were we able to ward it off and improve our lives. Through it all, our love stood firm, the very love they sought to break up. Yes, I cut ties with them. This can only affect you if you keep in touch closely with the people doing it, as they need you to consistently tell them about your life and your plans and accept their tainted gifts, which I was naively doing, by keeping in touch with my family.
