So if this desicion was made based on the discussions had with the players during those private messages and meetings, I believe the 1 year suspension should be overturned. And up to know the federation has not provided clear evidence that proves Ntore Habimana and Axel Mpoyo refused to play for the national team!! Hopefully this suspension gets overturned because honestly Ntore and Mpoyo have tremendously shaped Rwandan Basketball during these past years, even helping RSSB win the BAL and bring home the Championship to Rwanda.
