First of all, the facts of this matter is that Scovia questioned the authenticity of Nduhungirehe’s published news that the seat was empty, that’s not a problem according to his excellency, which he is right, in fact the news reporters should be doing that in order to get unbiased news, which leads to the truth; because through the same questioning comes proof of whatever statements were made on the relevant matter. However, the minister saw how the message was phrased and delivered, in a way that it doubted his statement, and understood an important fact of this matter. Which leads us to understand the distinction: the minister realised that the news reporters (Scovia and the team) did not understand the fact that he made it clear in his statement that the seat was empty, clearly empty, as in no one was there to represent DRC, which leads to his response to Scovia that she should be making sure to interpret and translate the message accordingly and mean exactly what was meant (something like: should get French experts to avoid misinterpretation). Here is the distinction of the matter: the doubts imposed by Scovia about Nduhungirehe’s message arose due to misinterpretation of the message, and should have the message been interpreted correctly in the first place, the doubts could’ve not exist!
