Rwanda's President Paul Kagame made the comments while officially opening the 33rd Plenary session of the African Civil Aviation Commission which is convening in Kigali from December 1st to 3rd 2021. The meeting is attended by Gabriel Lesa, the President of the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC), Salvatore Sciacchitano, the president of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and other delegates from the global aviation industry.
