Even when resources are limited, management knowledge empowers young people to turn education, effort, and discipline into economic independence. Claims by some journalists that management is useless are simply not true. In reality, if you are poor, management is one of the most important subjects you can learn because it teaches how to create, protect, and grow value from almost nothing.
A well-paid job without management skills often leads to financial failure. Many people earn good salaries but end up with zero savings because they do not know how to manage income, expenses, and long-term goals. This is visible even in developed countries like the United States, where people work extremely hard yet remain trapped in debt and paycheck-to-paycheck living due to poor financial management. Management, therefore, is not a luxury; it is a survival skill. Without it, hard work alone leads to exhaustion, not prosperity.
