Good but as an advice to minict and mineduc i advice them to strengthen computer systems and architecture and other trades in TVET.
WHY I AM TALING THIS?
As we know robotics and iot are emerging technology so as stuedent who are studying computer systems they get deep understanding of those technologies but what i saw they don't get recognised.
As visit i have taken at one school in rwanda that has computer systems i have seen talented student who are building insightfully project such as smart irrigation, smart dustbins and many smart systems that can solve many problems we find in rwanda with purpose of digital literacy in order to successed our NST2, Our country Should focuses on digital literacy doesn't focus only on SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT or some schools for example like RCA they must also focus on those schools which doesn't have any resources like RCA but basically they have students who are talented.
As an advice try to put some efforts of computer systems and architecture trade and also other trades because it is where future engineers will came from don't focuses only on RCA and Software development there are not only rca which will provide talented student please...
try to see the ablity of other schools and trades.
