I have 3 questions. First, regarding the goal of training a million coders—who is expected to hire them, given that the local tech industry is still underdeveloped? Second, with AI increasingly automating basic coding tasks, how will these newly trained coders be absorbed into the job market? finally, is success measure just by the number of coders been trained?

I love the details the Permanent Secretary gives about the different programs the government is undertaking. He does this in every interview he gives and I appreciate it. The difference between him and other government leaders is that he doesn’t speak in vague/general terms. He spills out the details of the different programs the ministry is running and their objectives.
